Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and promote the agency’s barter advertising solutions to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating barter deals,



and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating training or guidance for clients and internal teams on barter processes, and collaborating closely with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. The specialist is expected to meet performance targets, build long-term client relationships, and represent Bright Image professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, skilled support.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive new business, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue and performance targets.
Ability to deliver Training and guidance to clients and colleagues on barter advertising solutions, processes, and best practices.
Experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in agency or media environm
