Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Delhi, India.



The Conference Producer will research market trends and industry topics to design compelling conference agendas that address current challenges and opportunities in key sectors. The role includes identifying, approaching, and securing high-quality speakers, as well as managing ongoing relationships with industry experts and partners. The Conference Producer will coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring programs run smoothly from concept to delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities also include writing conference content, preparing briefing documents, managing timelines, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive delegate participation and sponsorship engagement.
