Role Summary

As a senior AI/ML engineer, you will architect, develop, and drive large-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. You will lead advanced solution design, model optimisation, and end-to-end deployment of production systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum client impact.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Lead development of complex models for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
Guide model optimisation, feature engineering,



and hyper-parameter tuning for robust performance.
Oversee data engineering pipelines for large-scale, secure, and high-quality data processing.
Implement and maintain MLOps/LLMOps processes for automated CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor and technically lead junior engineers and data scientists.
Ensure best practices in responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce new AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native approaches.

Requirements

Key Skills & Requirements:

5+ years of qualified experience in AI/ML, data science, or a similar technical domain.
Deep proficiency in Python and one or more ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
Demonstrated experience with cloud-based platforms for ML deployme
