Role Overview:
Codewalla is looking for a TechOps Engineer to ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day IT operations by providing timely end-user support, managing IT assets and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting users, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining a dependable IT environment in a fast-paced workplace.

What we look for:
3+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration.
Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and WiFi.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), or identity management solutions is preferred.
Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions is an advantage.




Experience with IT ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is desirable.
Knowledge of endpoint security tools, antivirus solutions, and patch management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
