Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Resident Construction Manager (RCM) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy or infrastructure sector. The role involves managing and overseeing construction activities for Compressed Biogas projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Planning and monitoring site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.




Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Supervise and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Review and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications to ensure quality control.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for senior management.
Utilize construction management software for planning, tracking, and documentation.
Stay updated on advancements in construction methodologies and best practices.
Preparation of daily progress report/weekly progress report and submitting details with clients.
Interaction meeting with clients.
