About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Quality Analyst to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions across our client-facing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing calls, virtual meetings, and customer interactions, providing structured feedback, identifying performance trends, and partnering with Training and Business leaders to improve overall team effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of sales, customer conversations, quality frameworks, and coaching methodologies, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance





Monitor and audit customer calls, virtual meetings, and other customer interactions to ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
Evaluate interactions using quality scorecards and provide objective, actionable feedback to employees and managers.
Assess probing, product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, process compliance, and overall customer experience.
Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.

Coaching & Performance Improvement

Share detailed quality reports and feedback with employees and their reporting managers.
Work closely with the Training team to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted coaching or refresher programs.
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency and maintain quality standards across teams.
