About the Role
SR Enterprises is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead Sales & Business Development for our growing tensile structure business.
The role will be responsible for driving B2B and project-based sales, developing new markets across India, building strong client relationships, generating high-value project opportunities and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Pan-India business growth.
Generate new business opportunities in tensile structures and related solutions.
Identify and build relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors, EPC companies, industrial clients and institutional customers.




Develop a strong project pipeline and convert enquiries into orders.
Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and deal closures.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with Design & Estimation teams for technical proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with Projects, Operations and Accounts teams from order confirmation to project completion.
Develop new territories, markets and business channels across India.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts and generate repeat business and referrals.
Track competitors, market trends, pricing and upcoming projects.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, MIS and regular management reports.
Set and monitor sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Lead and mentor the sales team as the business expands.
