We are looking for a Compliance Operations Analyst to join our Compliance team and help ensure safe, compliant, and seamless cross-border payment operations. The role involves AML/KYC onboarding, transaction monitoring, financial crime investigations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve compliance risks.

What you will do:

Perform CDD, Video KYC, and EDD for high-risk customers and entities, identifying synthetic identities, shell companies, and PEP connections.
Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities, including structuring, money laundering, sanctions breaches, merchant collusion, phishing scams, and payment fraud.
Investigate alerts using OSINT, adverse media checks, and AML screening tools to identify potential financial crime risks.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and case files for escalations and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready records for customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and compliance investigations.
Work closely with internal teams to address compliance queries,



resolve issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on AML/KYC regulations, RBI guidelines, and emerging financial crime trends.

You’re a valuable fit if you have:

1–5 years of experience in AML, KYC, Compliance Operations, Transaction Monitoring, or Financial Crime.
Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and RBI guidelines.
Hands-on experience with CDD, EDD, and Video KYC processes.
Experience identifying and investigating suspicious transactions or financial crime patterns.
Good understanding of compliance documentation and audit requirements.
Experience with AML screening, adverse media checks, or OSINT is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
