The Job:

To look into the creative visualization, design, production and fabrication of sets and spatial experiences across corporate events, weddings, award shows, festivals, exhibitions, fashion shows and 70 EMG Intellectual Properties.
The role requires a strong combination of creative design sensibility and hands-on production expertise, with ownership from the initial brief and concept development through design detailing, fabrication, workshop supervision and final on-ground execution.

Work Experience
6+ years of experience in set design, event design, spatial design, production, fabrication or experiential design, preferably within the Events, Weddings, Entertainment, Exhibitions or Live Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Set Design
Develop set concepts, décor themes, installations and experiential elements while maintaining design consistency across the project.
Ensure designs are aesthetically solid, practical and suitable for fabrication and execution.
Present and communicate design concepts clearly to internal teams,



clients and external partners.
2. Design Development & Technical Detailing
Convert creative concepts into detailed and executable set designs.
Support in supervising 3D models, layouts, elevations, working drawings and production drawings.
Ensure designs account for dimensions, structural requirements, materials, fabrication methods, installation and dismantling.
Work closely with production and fabrication teams to identify practical solutions and resolve design-related challenges.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the production process.
3. Production & Fabrication
Take ownership of the complete set production and fabrication process from design handover to final execution.
Work closely with fabricators, contractors, vendors and production partners to execute designs accurately.
Identify appropriate materials, finishes, construction methods and fabrication techniques.
