About the role
We run paid acquisition for B2B companies, and Meta is our primary channel. Most people think Meta is a B2C platform. We know better: with the right audience inputs, creative, and tracking setup, Meta consistently produces cheaper B2B pipeline than LinkedIn. Your job is to own that machine end to end.

This is a pure B2B role. You will never run a DTC or ecommerce campaign here. Every campaign you touch is designed to put qualified business buyers (founders, finance leaders, operators) into a sales pipeline.

What you will own
Full-funnel Meta campaigns for B2B lead generation: strategy, structure, launch, and ongoing optimization
Audience architecture: custom audiences from first-party lists (CSV uploads), lookalikes, retargeting pools, and layered interest/behavior targeting tuned for business buyers
Creative testing systems: briefing and iterating on ad concepts, hooks, and formats, running structured tests, and killing losers fast
Conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Events Manager debugging,



and offline conversion uploads so optimization runs on real pipeline events, not vanity clicks
Landing page and funnel collaboration: working with funnel tools and landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates, not just CPL
Lead quality feedback loops: syncing with sales outcomes so campaigns optimize toward qualified meetings and revenue, not form fills
Budget management and pacing across multiple accounts or campaigns
Reporting: explicit weekly readouts on spend, CPL, lead quality, and pipeline contribution, with recommendations, not just numbers
What we are looking for
2 to 5 years running Meta ads with meaningful budget ownership, at least part of it on B2B or lead gen campaigns
You understand why B2B on Meta is different: longer sales cycles, smaller audiences, lead quality over lead volume, and offline conversion feedback
Hands-on with Events Manager, Pixel, and CAPI. You can diagnose broken tracking yourself, not just file
