This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This is NOT a WFH or hybrid position — you must be available to work from our office.

We are looking to hire an Operations & Ecommerce Executive based in Mumbai.

This role will include managing end-to-end order processing, inventory, e-commerce marketplace operations, vendor coordination, and warehouse management. We're seeking someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts, who is excited to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment like Luar.

Job Description:
Order Processing & Logistics




Manage end-to-end order processing through shipping and courier platforms.
Including dispatches, deliveries, RTO’s and more...

Inventory & Sales Management
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular inventory reconciliation.
Cross-checking inventory and sales data to prepapre monthly summaries
Calculate monthly sales across all e-commerce channels and retailers.

E-commerce Marketplace Management
Manage operations across online marketplaces.
Process and fulfil Purchase Orders (POs).
Upload invoices, discounts, and promotional offers.
Maintain and update product catalogues and listings for respective marketplaces
Coordinate FBA shipments and inventory replenishment.
Work with the design team for product creatives and listing requirements.

Vendor Coordination
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and inventory replenishment.
Coordinate with NPD for incoming inventory accross products, packaging, accessories...
