We work with consumer brands to build and run intelligent customer journeys across channels such as WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and Email — using customer behavior, product data, and AI to decide what communication is most relevant for each user.

We're looking for a Client Success & Operations Associate who can work closely with our clients while coordinating with our product and engineering teams to ensure things get executed correctly and on time.

This is an entry-level role with significant hands-on exposure to AI, MarTech, client management, product operations, and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

Client Success

You'll work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis.

You'll:

Participate in regular client calls and follow-ups.
Understand the client's business, marketing objectives, campaigns, and operational requirements.




Help clients use Comify effectively for their use cases.
Identify issues, clarify requirements, and ensure they reach the right internal team.
Keep clients updated on progress, launches, and issue resolution.

Campaign & Marketing Operations

You'll help take campaigns from an idea to a live customer communication.

This includes:

Setting up and testing campaigns across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Email, and other channels.
Writing and improving customer-facing communication and campaign content.
Configuring campaign journeys, templates, audiences, and personalization.
Validating campaign setup before anything goes live.
Monitoring live campaigns and identifying issues or unexpected behavior.

Product Operations & Testing

You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams.

Test current platform features and workflows.
Reproduce and document client-reported issues.
