About The Role

If you’re culture curious, highly organized and love turning ideas into action, this role puts you at the centre of how a modern brand gets built.

You’ll work closely with the Brand Managers & Business Leaders across campaigns, content, social, influencers, shoots, launches and retail, getting hands-on exposure to the full brand journey — from idea → execution → consumer → insights.

What You’ll Do1. Campaigns & Launches

Turn campaign briefs into creative briefs, timelines and execution plans.
Own the content calendar: planning, approvals, scheduling and follow-through.
Drive launch readiness for recent collections and shop-in-shop openings, ensuring assets, collateral and operational requirements are in place.
Coordinate across creative, design, operations and retail teams to keep launches moving.
Spot and solve execution gaps before they become last-minute problems.
Social, Content & Influencers
Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and WhatsApp Community.
Engage with the community through DMs/comments while maintaining the brand voice.




Own influencer execution from briefing → coordination → deliverables → reporting.
Coordinate shoots end-to-end — schedules, vendors, shot lists and on-ground execution.
Brand & Retail Execution
Keep the brand's asset library and content ecosystem organized and up to date.
Coordinate creative requirements across marketing, design and retail.
Manage brand content across DTC, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ and offline touchpoints.
Conduct regular brand-consistency checks across digital and physical channels.
Support VM and retail-partner execution as the brand expands offline.
Insights & Growth
Track social, campaign and influencer performance and turn numbers into actionable takeaways.
Monitor competitors, trends and consumer behaviour to keep the brand culturally relevant.
Support consumer research, surveys and fieldwork.
