Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Bengaluru.As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and protected environments for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring design visions to life while adhering to project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Candidates must be detail-oriented, creative, and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle,



functional requirements, and budget for the project.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's vision and translate it into design concepts.
Present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations, to clients for feedback and approval.
Design Development and Planning: Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, material selections (e.g., flooring, wall finishes, fabrics).
Create detailed drawings, elevations, and specifications for construction and installation.
Material Sourcing and Procurement: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best possible pricing and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare sales orders and manage the procurement process.
Project Management and Coordination: Develop project timelines and budgets, and manage projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
