Job Purpose

Digital Platforms (App & Web) are the key drivers of company’s growth strategy and are expected to generate over 30% of the company’s business over the next 3 years. These platforms generate over 2Bn sessions, 100 Mn App download and 100Mn monthly active users (MAU) annually generating traffic for over 73+ P&Ls; of the company.

This is a strategic position and critical to the company’s success as an omnipresent financial services company, across shopping, loans, wheels, trading, insurance, investments and payments.

This position will be responsible for supporting the business for the company’s across portfolios along with the business teams to create a winning content strategy. The strategy is built for scale and efficiency leveraging technologies and AI stack

We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to oversee our content strategy, traffic generation, technical SEO, podcasts, prompt engineering, and project management. This multifaceted role demands a leader with a deep understanding of content marketing,



digital strategy, e-commerce dynamics, AI, NLP, and project management. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that enhance brand engagement, support business growth, optimize technical infrastructure, and provide exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
