Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and developing business opportunities in industrial automation, AC drives, soft starters, PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions, and related control panels. The Senior Sales Engineer will engage with existing and prospective clients,



understand technical requirements, propose suitable solutions, prepare quotations, and support negotiations through technical and commercial presentations. The position includes close coordination with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate solution proposals, timely execution, and high customer satisfaction. The role also requires market research, periodic reporting on sales activities, and participation in customer visits, demonstrations, and training sessions.
Qualifications
Robust technical knowledge in industrial automation, including AC drives, soft starters, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, control panels, and related electrical/automation equipment.
Proven experience in technical sales, solution selling, and consultative selling within industrial or manufacturing environments.
