Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist based in Nagpur. The Meta Ads Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The role includes monitoring ad performance, managing budgets, conducting keyword research, and analyzing data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
Expertise in Paid Advertising Platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads,



and other social media advertising tools
Strong skills in Keyword Research, Campaign Optimization, and Budget Management for digital ad campaigns
Experience with Performance Metrics Analysis, A/B Testing, and Reporting to optimize ad spend and effectiveness
Familiarity with Digital Marketing principles and the ability to align ads with broader marketing strategies
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite and other analytics software
Staying updated on the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; relevant certifications
