Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Analyst with a solid background in compliance, audit, risk, or quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have direct BPO/contact-center audit exposure and prior experience working in or directly supporting BPO operations in India. Candidates with broader audit/risk backgrounds are also welcome, provided they have strong fundamentals. General BPO compliance experience is essential, while experience in FinTech/financial services is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead audits end-to-end, from kick-off through corrective action plan (CAP) closure.
Conduct operational/process audits and vendor/partner compliance in BPO/contact-center environments, focusing on security and privacy compliance.
Perform both physical and virtual audits, with on-site presence as a critical requirement.
Apply structured root-cause analysis methodologies such as 5-Whys or fishbone diagrams.




Travel to partner sites within India and occasionally Asia for in-person audits.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk, or quality assurance.
Hands-on experience with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ITGC, and Indian data-privacy regulations; familiarity with TCPA/FDCPA is a plus.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts at partner sites, mostly day shifts with occasional night coverage.
Required Skills:
BPO/contact-center audit and compliance expertise.
Root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Partner governance, stakeholder management, and compliance reporting.
Proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CIA, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
Background in FinTech.
