Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive student enrolments, generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.



The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, counselling, and lead generation skills while thriving in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable language programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads while actively generating self-sourced leads.
- Convert enquiries into successful enrolments through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and maximize conversions.

- Variable pay during the probation period (first 3 months) based on performance.
