Position: Senior Account Assistant
Location: Dadar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Reporting To: Accounts Head
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Gender: Female
Preferred Candidates: Mumbai-based candidates only
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Account Assistant to support the Finance & Accounts Department in managing daily accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime , and proficiency in Advanced Excel .
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with month-end activities and general ledger maintenance.
- Verify bills, expense claims,



and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized physical and digital accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial information.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Use Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com .
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
