We're Hiring: Meta Ads Trainer
Full-Time | Remote | ₹25,000/month Salary

Are you someone who knows Meta Ads inside out AND knows how to teach it to others?
REC Ventures is looking for a Meta Ads Trainer who can train our clients to confidently run and manage their own Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

What You'll Do:
Conduct live, practical Meta Ads training sessions for clients.
Teach campaign setup, targeting, creatives, budgets, retargeting & optimization.
Help clients understand key metrics like CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC & ROAS.
Review campaigns, identify issues and guide clients on what to improve.
Teach clients how to test, optimize and scale campaigns.
Create simple SOPs/resources when required.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager
Experience with lead-generation campaigns and funnels




Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language
Comfortable conducting live screen-sharing sessions with clients
Experience training clients/business owners is a big plus

Important This is NOT a typical Ads Manager role.
We need someone who can say: “Let me share my screen and show you exactly how to do it.”
You should be able to take someone from beginner → confident Meta Ads user through practical, hands-on training.

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
Salary: ₹25,000/month
