We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Team leader to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and field visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Maintain daily sales reports and business records.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Local candidates from Ranchi will be preferred.
