About FXPanda
FXPanda by HQMENA is a digital platform designed to connect the global forex and financial trading ecosystem. The platform aims to bring together traders, brokers, fintech companies, financial service providers, educators, industry professionals, and partners in one digital ecosystem where users can discover, engage, connect, and access relevant products and services.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of FXPanda’s product strategy, development, and growth. The ideal candidate should understand digital products and have experience in fintech, forex, trading, marketplaces, communities, or similar technology-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own FXPanda’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Translate business and user needs into product initiatives, prioritize features, and continuously improve the product based on market insights, data, and feedback.
2. Product Development & Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization. Prepare PRDs and product requirements,



work closely with development, UI/UX, and QA teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
3. User & Market Research: Understand the needs, expectations, and behaviour of traders, brokers, fintech companies, financial service providers, and other target users. Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking of leading forex, trading, and fintech platforms. Identify market gaps and opportunities that can help FXPanda differentiate itself and strengthen its position in the market. Stay updated on developments in forex, fintech, AI, trading technology, and digital communities.
4. Product Analytics & Performance: Define and monitor key product KPIs, including user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and feature adoption. Analyse user behaviour and product performance to identify areas for improvement. Use data and customer feedback to support p
