We're hiring an experienced professional to manage Facultative Reinsurance placements for Marine risks, including Marine Cargo, Port Package, Shipbuilder's Risk, and Onshore/Offshore exposures .
Key Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in the Insurance industry
- 4-5 years of Marine Underwriting experience
- 4-5 years of Facultative Reinsurance placement experience
- Robust technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurance
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facultative placements and negotiate reinsurance terms
- Maximize placement outcomes and commission earnings
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy bookings
- Coordinate premium remittances and endorsements
- Support claims recoveries and regulatory reporting
