Job Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Travel to project locations as required)
Job Title: Manager (M1/M2) - Biogas Projects & Carbon Solutions

Educational Qualification
Graduation/Post Graduation (With Specialization): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Agriculture Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, or related discipline.
Or
Master's Degree in Management, Sustainability, Environment, Energy, Climate Change, Public Policy, Rural Development, or related field.

Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.):

REQUIRED: Climate Finance, Carbon Markets or Carbon Projects
OPTIONAL: Sustainability / CSR / ESG Capacity building, Community Development or Rural Livelihood International development or donor-funded projects

Work Experience (Years): Minimum 3 years and Maximum 5 years
a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in carbon credit projects, carbon accounting, carbon markets, or climate finance.

Role Overview:
Will be responsible for planning,



coordinating, and monitoring SRDI's biogas projects in collaboration with partner organizations.
The role will focus on project management, stakeholder coordination, carbon credit development and climate finance, and implementation of community capacity building
initiatives.
The incumbent will work closely with dairy cooperatives, consultants, certification agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and long-term sustainability of the biogas ecosystem.
