We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive business growth by acquiring current customers, developing relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance .
Responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships and generate business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Field sales experience will be preferred.
