Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Customer Support Intern to support the Career Support Manager in managing student communication, engagement, and career development activities. The intern will play a key role in assisting students with their queries, ensuring smooth coordination of career programs, and providing timely support throughout their learning and placement journey.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in career services, student engagement, and placement operations while working closely with the Career Support Manager and internal teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students and assist in addressing their queries via email, chat, or calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the Career Support Manager in coordinating career development programs, workshops, and placement-related activities.
- Assist in maintaining student records, tracking participation,



and updating relevant information in internal systems or spreadsheets.
- Help communicate important updates, schedules, event details, and placement information to students.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of career support initiatives and student engagement activities.
- Follow up with students regarding registrations, attendance, feedback, and program completion.
- Support in collecting student feedback and maintaining service quality standards.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for students by providing accurate information and timely assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Email handling)
- Good organizational and time management skills
