JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Summary
The Senior Unreal Engine Environment & Lighting Artist is responsible for defining and maintaining the visual quality of premium automotive visualization projects. Beyond delivering high-end environments and lighting setups, the role acts as a creative and technical reference within the team, driving best practices, establishing production standards, and mentoring other artists.

The Senior Artist owns the complete visualization workflow—from creative concept development and customer presentations to production-ready implementation in Unreal Engine - while ensuring the highest standards of realism, scalability, and visual consistency across all deliverables.

Senior Responsibilities
Creative Leadership




Lead the creative development of automotive visualization concepts and visual directions.
Define the artistic vision for environments, lighting, cinematics, and look development.
Present creative concepts directly to customers and stakeholders.
Guide projects from concept through final production while ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Drive innovation by introducing new visual styles, workflows, and production techniques.

Technical Ownership
Define and maintain production standards for environments, lighting, cameras, materials, and rendering.
Act as the subject matter expert for Unreal Engine visualization workflows.
Establish scalable scene structures, reusable assets, and production pipelines.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies, rendering techniques, and AI-assisted workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
