1. Technical Leadership Responsibilities
* Define technical architecture and design using .NET, C#, APIs, and
microservices
* Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, and frameworks
* Review code, solution design, and architecture decisions
* Solve complex technical issues,
performance bottlenecks, and scalability
challenges
* Ensure security, data protection, and system reliability
* Drive adoption of up-to-date technologies (cloud, DevOps, automation)
2. Project / Program Management Responsibilities
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Create project plans, estimations, and resource allocation
* Track progress and ensure on-time delivery
* Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
* Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
* Ensure quality, governance, and compliance with SDLC
* Monitor overall project health, budget, and performance metrics
3. Team & People Management
* Lead a team of developers, QA, and engineers
* Mentor junior and mid-level developers
* Conduct code reviews and technical coaching
* Build team capability and ensure productivity
