We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and student-focused ASPIRE Coordinator to lead and coordinate the ASPIRE program, supporting students in their academic, personal, and overall development.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement ASPIRE program activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and school leadership for effective program delivery.
- Organize workshops, enrichment activities, mentoring sessions, and student development programs.
- Monitor and track student participation, progress, and engagement.
- Maintain program-related records, reports, and documentation.
- Support students in goal setting, skill development, leadership, and career awareness.
- Communicate regularly with parents and relevant stakeholders regarding student participation and progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings,



and professional development programs.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant field .
- Prior experience in school coordination, student development, counselling, or program management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in English and basic digital tools.
- Passion for working with students and supporting their overall development.
