Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Brand Partnerships Manager to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers. This role is highly sales-focused and requires a robust ability to build relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new brand partnerships across diverse industry sectors.
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate qualified business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads,



Founders, and Agency Leaders.
Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to maximize revenue and long-term value.

Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and strategic partnerships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Market Intelligence
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the influencer marketing and digital media landscape.
Provide market insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Campaign, Creator Management, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.
