Macons Equipments is a leading brand in the Construction Equipment Industry with over 4000 instllations of machineries across India. Macons is expanding its presence in the Truck-Mounted Knuckle Boom Crane segment and we are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executives to lead business development for this product line.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys B2B sales, customer interaction, field sales and developing new markets .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New Business Development
- Identify and develop recent customers for Macons Knuckle Boom Cranes.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, exhibitions, digital enquiries and industry networking.
- Develop relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, logistics companies, transporters, crane rental companies, EPC companies, construction companies and other potential users.




- Identify industries and applications where truck-mounted knuckle boom cranes can provide value.

2. Customer & Application Understanding
- Understand the customer's lifting requirements, truck specifications, load requirements and operating conditions.
- Identify the appropriate crane configuration based on the customer's application.
- Coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable crane and truck configurations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

3. Sales & Order Conversion
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Conduct negotiations with customers while protecting company margins.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations and pending decisions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

4. Market Development
- Identify new applications and industries for Macons K
