We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join the sales team at Testpress.

This opportunity is ideal for a talented fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is genuinely interested in building a career in SaaS sales.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys cold calling, loves starting conversations with prospects, is confident in convincing customers, and is motivated by closing deals.

What You’ll Do
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements
Present and pitch Testpress solutions based on customer needs
Schedule and conduct initial sales conversations and demos




Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel
Work towards achieving monthly sales and meeting-booking targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Work on both newly generated and existing leads
Collaborate with the team during the pre-sales and sales process
Continuously learn about SaaS products, technology, and sales strategies

What We’re Looking For
Freshers with strong sales potential are welcome to apply
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Someone who is comfortable and confident with cold calling
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A robust desire to convert prospects into customers and close deals
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positiv
