Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing based in Faridabad. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid social, search, and display,



with a strong focus on customer acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting, creatives, and landing pages. The role involves close collaboration with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, launch calendars, and promotional strategies.

The specialist will analyze web and campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance conversion rates and overall marketing efficiency.

The position also includes staying updated on performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Pinq Polka’s digital marketing efforts competitive.
