Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of assigned revenue targets and business objectives, ensuring the acquisition and closure of a defined number of clients, campaigns, and revenue opportunities as committed and agreed upon with the management.
- Lead the Ad Sales function by driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across agencies, brands, and direct clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring sustainable business expansion and market leadership.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, including CXOs, Marketing Heads, Media Directors, and key stakeholders across agencies and brands.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities,



strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends to accelerate revenue generation.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue targets, consistently delivering and exceeding business goals.
