AVM Smiles is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our team as a Purchase Executive in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
Position: Purchase Executive
? Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
? CTC: ₹2.5 LPA
?? Experience: Freshers
? Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Manage RFQ processes by sourcing quotations from vendors for dental equipment, materials, and consumables.
Evaluate and compare quotations while verifying technical specifications, quality, pricing, and clinic requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
Identify, assess, and empanel dental laboratories across India based on quality, pricing, capacity, and service standards.
Maintain accurate vendor and dental lab databases, including rate cards and turnaround-time (TAT) SLAs.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor orders through to successful delivery.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, damages, quality concerns, and delivery delays.
Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, including RFQs, quotations, POs, GRNs, invoices, and vendor records.
Support the preparation of monthly MIS reports covering procurement spend, cost savings, pending orders, and vendor performance.

Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Willingness to learn procurement and vendor management
Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams
A proactive and responsible approach to work
