About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager who becomes the deepest product expert in the room for our largest, most complex accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, customer strategy, and enterprise relationship management.
Our Customer Success Managers own the commercial relationship and account health.




You will own the technical backbone of that relationship.
You will make sure enterprise accounts are configured correctly, integrated deeply, scaled confidently, and extract real value from every part of the platform, from survey architecture to data pipelines to executive reporting.
This is not a support role. This is a strategic technical role.
You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise HR leaders, IT stakeholders, platform admins, and people teams, guiding them from onboarding through expansion, and from first survey to enterprise-wide adoption.
You should enjoy going deep into systems, asking sharp questions, solving complex integration problems, and helping enterprise customers unlock the full potential of CultureMonkey at scale.
