Role Description The Finance & Accounts Assistant Vice President is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role oversees day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including managing general ledgers, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This person will manage a team of 5 employees

The individual will supervise credit control activities, manage petty cash,



coordinate budgeting and forecasting, and support compliance with internal policies and external regulations. They will collaborate with leadership to provide financial analysis for strategic decisions, maintain relationships with banks and auditors, and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls. The role also involves guiding and mentoring the finance team, maintaining clear communication across departments, and preparing periodic management reports.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
