Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director (MD)

The Opportunity We are looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role the person who will act as a trusted extension of the MD, staying attuned to priorities while managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination with speed and precision.

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule with zero-error precision




Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, investors, clients, and external stakeholders
Handle highly confidential business, financial, and strategic information with absolute discretion
Draft, review, and proofread emails, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure
Coordinate with department heads to gather updates, MIS reports, and briefing materials for the MD
Prioritize and filter incoming requests, emails, and calls flagging what's urgent vs. what can wait
Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and leadership reviews
Manage travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and expense reporting
Anticipate the MD's needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
Maintain meticulous records and documentation systems.
Represent the MD's office professionally in all internal and external interaction
