Designation- Process Trainer

Responsibilities: -

•Oversee the daily activities of training associates and consultants.

•Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties/Responsibilities: -

•Prepare learning materials for programs.

•Use a variety of training strategies/learning experience like Role plays, simulations, hands on
etc.

•Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

•Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership

•Stakeholder management.

•Track and compiled collected data.

•Conceptualize training materials based on data and research

•Communicating training needs and online resources

•Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials

•Test and review created materials

•Maintain a database of all training materials.

•Instructing employee training and onboarding

•Conduct training through new materials.

•Review employee performance and learning

•Research new teaching methods

Required Skills/Abilities: -





•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent Facilitation skills.

•Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.

•Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching
platforms like some LMS

•Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/goals

•Robust project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects

•Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

•Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules

•Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

•Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

•Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

•Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Education and Experience: -

• HSC/Bachelor’s degree (any).

•Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer for International Voice process or corporate traini
