About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the Kerala market for NICaS, a non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring and assessment system used across multiple medical specialties.

This is a business development role. We need someone who can hold a credible clinical conversation, build relationships with doctors and hospitals, close institutional sales, and eventually build and lead a team.

What you'll do
* Own the full sales cycle across Kerala, including prospecting, clinical demonstrations, evaluations, quotations, tenders, negotiation and closing.
* Build a strong pipeline of hospitals, cardiac centers, dialysis units, clinics and healthcare groups across Kerala.
* Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and department heads in cardiology, nephrology, critical care, internal medicine and related specialties.
* Navigate hospital approval and procurement processes involving doctors, administration, procurement, biomedical engineering and finance teams.
* Coordinate product demonstrations, installations,



training and post-sale follow-up alongside our team.
* Identify opportunities to expand NICaS across departments and hospital groups.
* Build and lead the Kerala team as the product line grows.
* Represent Abad at conferences, exhibitions, CME events and healthcare meetings.
* Maintain the sales pipeline and report market activity, opportunities, competitors and closures to management.

What we're looking for
* 7+ years of experience in medical-device, healthcare, diagnostic or capital-equipment sales, with a proven record of closing hospital or institutional deals.
* Robust understanding of the Indian healthcare and hospital ecosystem.
* Ability to hold credible conversations with clinicians and understand the clinical applications of a medical device.
* Existing network across Kerala hospitals, doctors, procurement teams or clinical departments.
