Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager – Government Sales to be based in Chandigarh. The candidate will be having prior experience to work with government client across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, and other North Indian territories.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Government IT sales, GeM Portal, Hatron, tendering, PSU engagement, and relationship management with government officials.



The role requires independently identifying opportunities, generating current business, managing key government accounts, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand government business across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, and surrounding regions.
Generate new business opportunities from:
Central Government Departments
State Government Departments
Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
Autonomous Bodies
Boards & Corporations
Smart City Projects
Educational Institutions
Drive business through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal, including:
Bid participation
BOQ preparation
QCBS bidding
Reverse Auctions
Direct Purchase
Order processing and execution coordination

Identify upcoming government projects by monitoring procurement plans, budget allocations, tenders, and RFPs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, proc
