About the Team
The Risk team at Navi is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across the organization. The ERM team, part of the Risk function at Navi, is responsible to ensure management of all risks Navi is exposed to across all its lines of businesses; this includes coverage of all financial and non-financial risks, including regulatory risk across all the regulated entities within the Group.

About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our Risk team and drive key financial risk management initiatives across the organization. The role will primarily focus on Liquidity Risk, ALM, Capital Management, ICAAP, Stress Testing, and Risk Appetite Frameworks, while supporting lender covenant management, portfolio risk analytics, and enterprise risk reporting. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision-making, regulatory engagement, and Board-level risk governance within a quick-growing financial services environment.

What We Expect From You
Manage the Company's Liquidity Risk and ALM framework,



including liquidity monitoring, stress testing, funding concentration assessment, contingency funding planning, and management reporting.
Lead Capital Risk Management activities, including ICAAP, capital planning, capital adequacy assessment, risk quantification, and stress testing.
Manage the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), including monitoring of risk metrics, limits, early warning indicators, breach tracking, and governance reporting.
Oversee lender covenant monitoring and funding-related risk management, including covenant compliance tracking, covenant headroom analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
Manage Interest Rate Risk assessments, including sensitivity analysis, stress testing, and monitoring of interest rate exposures.
Perform enterprise-level Credit Risk assessments, portfolio analytics, concentration risk monitoring, and thematic risk reviews from a second-line risk perspective.
