Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of our B2B marketing activities. This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, and producing performance reports.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across CRM, social media, paid advertising, and website optimisation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Operations
Manage day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM.
Build and maintain email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows.




Segment contact databases and maintain data quality.
Support lead management and marketing automation activities.
Produce CRM and campaign performance reports.
Campaign Execution
Implement marketing campaigns according to established plans and objectives.
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and delivery.
Support lead generation activities across multiple digital channels.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
Track performance and provide regular reporting.
Support content repurposing and distribution.
Paid Advertising Support
Set up and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
Monitor budgets and campaign performance.
Conduct audience targeting and A/B testing.
Make recommendations for optimisation based on performance
