About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Growth Intern to own and scale our LinkedIn outreach pipeline. In this role, you will work directly with our leadership team to build, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers.

You don't need years of prior experience—we will train you on how to leverage Sales Navigator, master outreach automation using Meet Alfred, and build high-converting B2B reply playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead List Building: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build, clean, and segment high-intent lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and manage daily automated LinkedIn connection and messaging sequences using Meet Alfred.
Inbox & Reply Management: Monitor incoming responses in real time, answer initial prospect queries using pre-built reply playbooks, and share relevant collateral.
Warm Prospect Outreach & Demo Booking: Follow up with warm or interested prospects via quick phone/discovery calls to address questions,



overcome objections, and pitch the value of directly booking a demo.
Performance Tracking: Maintain daily/weekly performance logs (tracking connection rates, message response rates, calls made, and demos booked).
Optimization & A/B Testing: Work with team leads to test different connection notes, follow-up angles, and call pitches to maximize meeting conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (confident in both messaging and phone conversations).
High comfort level learning and using up-to-date SaaS tools and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
Persuasive communication style with a willingness to get on quick calls to convince warm leads to book demos.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or basic outreach principles is a plus.
Highly organized, resourceful, fast learner, and eager to build a career in B2B Growth, Sales, or Marketing.
