Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of Subko's specialty coffee, bakehouse, and fine cacao retail outlet.



The role ensures smooth store operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective team supervision while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.
The Assistant Store Manager assists in achieving sales targets, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, supervising daily store activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. This role plays a key part in coaching and motivating team members, resolving guest concerns, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and craftsmanship.
The position requires active floor leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail workplace.
