Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Solution Engineer to enhance our team. This key role involves the design, development, and implementation of customized CMF solutions, bridging the gap between our clients operational requirements and our technical capabilities. You will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions that improve client productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to design and develop MES systems that meet client specifications.




Translate business requirements into detailed technical plans that integrate seamlessly with client operations.
Develop and enhance interfaces and modules for MES platforms, focusing on functionality and user experience.
Conduct system integration and perform comprehensive functional testing to guarantee system reliability and performance.
Provide ongoing support and technical guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth system adoption and functionality.
Document technical processes and create comprehensive user manuals for client use.
Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, maintaining high system integrity and client satisfaction.
Mentor and train team members, fostering expertise in CMF solutions and operations.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in system development, with a robust preference for backgrounds in C# / .NET development.
