Job Purpose:



The Regional Safety Head is responsible for deploying and overseeing the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) strategy across projects within a specified region. This role involves collaborating with the Business EHS function to evolve the Annual Strategic Action Plan (STRAP), developing EHS goals, and ensuring the implementation of EHS initiatives. The Lead - Regional EHS will manage the planning and acquisition of EHS resources, guide internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety protocols across projects and contractors.

Strategic Planning & Deployment

Collaborate with the Business EHS function to evolve the Annual Strategic Action Plan (STRAP), EHS goals, and initiatives for the Realty BU.

Undertake micro-planning for deployment of STRAP, goals, and initiatives within the respective region.

Lead the planning and acquisition of EHS resources for the region, ensuring their capacity building in line with str
