Primary Objective: Serve as the linguistic and communication bridge for the LATAM sales team, driving prospect engagement and closing deals across Brazilian Portuguese-speaking markets while supporting broader LATAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Localization: Act as the primary communicator for Brazilian prospects and clients—translating technical/sales materials, localized messaging, and handling real-time verbal and written interactions.
Active Sales Pipeline Contribution: Support lead generation, qualify inbound leads, conduct cold/warm outreach, and participate in discovery and demo calls.
Customer Engagement: Facilitate sales conversations, resolve prospect queries, and assist account executives in maintaining smooth client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Assist with Spanish-speaking LATAM accounts as needed to align communication across the entire regional team.
Must-Have Qualifications
Linguistic Proficiency:
Native or bilingual fluency in Brazilian Portuguese with solid written, verbal, and conversational nuances suited for business settings.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to converse naturally and persuasively with key stakeholders and prospective buyers.
Preferred / "Good-to-Have" Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years in client facing roles (specifically as a language specialist).
Customer-Facing Experience: Background in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in B2B environments.
Full-Funnel Sales Capabilities: Familiarity with managing or contributing to sales pipelines (outreach, qualification, follow-ups, CRM maintenance).
Multilingual (Spanish): Professional working proficiency in Spanish to seamlessly collaborate across Spanish-speaking LATAM regions.
