Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:- Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers.- Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective workflow.- Conduct regular team meetings and reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.- Develop the skills and talents of the team through mentorship and training opportunities.

Project Conceptualization and Development: - Collaborate with various internal teams (production, e-comm, performance marketing) to understand project objectives and requirements. - Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas. - Develop storyboards, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate the creative vision. - Articulate and sell creative concepts to the various internal teams. - Ensure that the creative concepts align with business goals and brand identity.

4. Quality Control and Creative Execution: - Oversee the execution of creative concepts throughout the production process. - Provide artistic and technical guidance to the team - Review and approve final materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to the creative vision. - Ensure consistent and impactful visual outcomes. - Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met. - Conduct quality control checks to maint
